Vessels using Changhua Wind Farm Channel are required to comply with the traffic separation scheme (TSS) adopted for the Changhua Wind Farm Channel as well as the “Changhua VTS Reporting Mechanisms” and “Vessel Navigation Regulations” as contained in the “VESSEL TRAFFIC SERVICE GUIDE FOR THE CHANGHUA WIND FARM CHANNEL”.

“VESSEL TRAFFIC SERVICE GUIDE FOR THE CHANGHUA WIND FARM CHANNEL” took effect on September 17, 2025. Vessels navigating in the Changhua offshore navigation area are strongly recommended to place the Vessel Traffic Service Guide on the bridge as reference for navigation and route planning.
