Details: 

(1)Chunghwa Telecom Corporation's Network Technology Division is handling the "Taiwan-Penghu-Kinmen-Matsu Fourth Submarine Cable Construction Project,"
which will run from April 1st to December 31st, 2026. The vessels is below: ILE DE RE、PETER FABER、TENEO、ORIENT SUPPORTER、HERMES V、Echo 3、Echo 2、DA CHUAN CHI NO.8、DA CHUAN CHI NO.9及PING FU NO.2.

(2)The affected area in the Northern Taiwan waters extends from the landing point at Bali, New Taipei City, through Dongyin Beiao, Nangan Fuxing, and Nangan Shanlong in Lienchiang County, to the landing point at Xi Ju Xiatiantou. The Southern section extends from Haomeili, Chiayi, through Lintou and Xiaochijiao in Penghu, to the landing point at Zhaishan, Kinmen.

(4)The paving vessel will load personnel and supplies at ports such as Keelung, Taichung, Anping, and Kaohsiung before heading to the aforementioned areas to carry out paving operations.
