1. Affected by Typhoon CHAMPI, the red and green light buoys at Suao Port have drifted from their original positions. All vessels entering or leaving the port are advised to keep a sharp lookout and stay clear to ensure navigation safety.

2. Details of the light buoys are as follows:
(1) Red Light Buoy in front of the Breakwater (Buoy No. 42080): Damaged.
(2) East Light Buoy at the Entrance of Nanfang'ao (Buoy No. 42070): Drifted.
