This is based on an email dated March 2, 2026, from Hailong Wind Power Co., Lt
d. for Hailong No. 2 and Hailong No. 3 offshore wind power projects.
The Hailong No. 2 offshore and Hailong No. 3 onshore wind power projects have
contracted Dongfang Wind Power Co., Ltd. to conduct on-site security work at th
e offshore wind farm using vessels including Dongfang No. 7, Hongyun No. 3, Fe
ngzeyu, and Jifa, from March 1 to September 5, 2026.
Details regarding the scope of work, contractor, vessels, navigation routes, and rel
evant contact information are attached.
