Baishajia Lighthouse
Lit in 1901, the Baishajia Lighthouse is located at Cape Baisha in Guanyin District, Taoyuan City. It is a circular brick tower. The Baishajia Lighthouse was the fourth lighthouse built by the Japanese in Taiwan.
The tower utilizes a double-shell composite structure, making it the first lighthouse in Taiwan to adopt this design. Furthermore, it features the country's only rooftop wind vane that uses the French abbreviations for directions: N (Nord), S (Sud), E (Est), and O (Ouest).
