MTNet is an operational integration platform for maritime supervision business, ship arrival and departure information, and maritime technician management. In order to align with the demand of business, MTNet connect the API of systems from relevant organizations continuously, which facilitate the application operation and achieve the object of resource sharing. Currently, the systems or organizations above-mentioned include the National Communications Commission, the China Corporation Register of Shipping, the Fisheries Agency, Ministry of Agriculture, the Administration of Commerce, MOEA, the Control Yuan, the Customs Administration, Ministry of Finance, the Centers for Disease Control, the Environmental Protection Administration Executive Yuan, and the Ministry of the Interior National Immigration Agency, the Coast Guard Administration, OAC and Taiwan International Ports Corporation, LTD of various port branches(TPNet).

In order to maintain the normal operation of MTNet, we not only continue to monitor and improve the service level of system (the overall failure rate of MTNet must be less than 0.4% and the system availability rate must exceed 99.6%), but also to provide 7*24 customer service center. The customer service center could provide timely respond to the inquiries, and to ensure that the operation problems raised by users can be fully handled.

It presents important and meaningful maritime port information such as global maritime indices, Taiwan data statistics, maritime laws and regulations, international organization dynamics, and real-time and rich maritime news. It also provides users with online and easy-to-use data statistical tools.
