Inspections of vessels of the Republic of China except for yachts, small boats, and high-speed crafts shall be conducted in accordance with the Regulation.
In addition to special inspections, periodical inspections, and additional inspections administered on passenger vessels in accordance with the Regulation, inspection shall also be conducted in accordance with the Regulations for Administrating Passenger Ships.
Vessels used for the construction of offshore wind farms specified in the Appendix shall be subject to special inspections, periodical inspections, and additional inspections in accordance with the Regulation and they shall be required to obtain vessel certificates issued by vessel inspection institutions commissioned by the competent authority
